Hello and welcome to DTI. I would first like to thank you for your interest in thermal imaging of
your facility. I was an electrician for 10 years prior to getting into thermography. Being in the
field, I realized the importance of maintaining electrical systems to decrease the amount of
downtime, reduce the risk of fires, and at the same time save money. I have been doing scans for
the past 6 years. In this time I have traveled to over 40 countries, and just about every state. I
started DTI for a couple of reasons. First and foremost was for my family. Traveling all over the
globe has been rough and I decided that family was more important. The next reason was that the
Jacksonville area is very limited on the number of people that actually do this type of testing.
Jacksonville has always been home to me so it seemed like the perfect place to introduce this
technology. We at DTI are committed to excellence in our line of work. People depend on our
diagnostic to have the piece of mind that their facility is in good working order. If you have any

James has been with DTI from before it was completely formed. Working hard to get our website
up and going so our clients and potential clients can view our services. He has a strong IT
background and will be more than happy in assisting you with any questions you may have
regarding our site or how to view your report online. James came to work for me about 8 years
ago in the electrical field. He has always been a very hardworking and dedicated employee. After I
left the electrical field and went into thermography, I knew that he would be perfect for this line of
work. He has now been doing scans for 4 years all over the  United States and Mexico specializing
in roof analysis. James has received nothing but great reviews from all of the clients he has come
in contact with. Being able to pass along his electrical and roofing system knowledge to clients he
has been able to possibly save  clients thousands of dollars. Before leaving your facility, James will
